Pick a design, add content, arrange the order, play. This is a simplified replica of the real editor: no login, no saving, with your name on the screen.
- In the real editoryou add your own images, videos and text, plus transitions, schedules (breakfast in the morning, happy hour in the evening) and templates in your corporate design.
- Designsset colours, fonts and spacing for all slides. Once set up, every change automatically looks like you.

Besides the editor, Ventaluz Command has five areas you will see in everyday use. We use the same interface in Cologne for support and remote maintenance, which is why we often see problems before you do.
01 · Devices
All screens at a glance.
Every controller is a card: a live preview of what is playing right now, online status, temperature, load, free storage. Grouped by store, so chains do not have to search.

02 · Media library
Your images and videos, sorted.
Everything that is meant to run on the screens lives in the media library: photos, videos, logos, templates. In folders per store or per topic, so next year's autumn menu is right where you left it.

03 · Device & remote maintenance
No on-site appointment for small things.
Every device has its own page: current screen content, restart and updates from afar, brightness, schedule. If the screen should switch off in the evening, that is a slider, not a phone call.

04 · Load & statistics
Numbers that reassure.
Is the screen really running? How warm does the controller get in the shop window at midday? Ventaluz Command shows runtime, uptime, temperature and load per device, as a small trend line in the device list and as an overview across 24 hours and 30 days.
- Runtime per day and uptime over 30 days, per device and per store
- Temperature and load as a sparkline right on the device card
- Outliers stand out: a restart, a hot afternoon, a weekend with no operation
- Overview per store and across all locations, on request as a regular summary
05 · Planning & calendar
Plan content ahead.
Breakfast in the morning, day menu at noon, happy hour from 5 pm, wine festival at the weekend: the schedule decides which playlist runs when. Campaigns get a start and an end, after which the daily programme takes over again automatically.
- Times of day per weekday, with its own order on Saturday
- Campaigns with start and end date, such as the autumn menu or a festival
